Papworth Everard’s allotments are a flourishing association, providing support and guidance to keen local growers. With increasingly anonymous, distantiated food production systems, allotments provide a valuable opportunity to produce your own food. They provide an opportunity to shape how your food is grown, so you know exactly what’s in it. Whether you are looking to provide affordable organic food for your family, learn how to grow delicious fruit and veg, or simply something to do in your spare time, allotment growing can be incredibly rewarding.

Useful information:

-The allotments are located behind the Stirling Way Business Park.

-A standard plot is 189 square metres, but 1/2 and 3/4 sized plots are also available if you want a smaller challenge.

-It currently costs £5.00 per year to join the association. When allocated a plot, plot holders currently pay a rental fee of £25.00 per year for a full sized plot.
