Advice and Guidance to Conduct a Safe Viewing

• At all times, please maintain social distancing of at least 2 metres
• On arrival for your appointment, please remain in your car
• Our team member will arrive at the property early and open all the doors within the property
• We will be wearing a face visor and gloves
• When the property is ready, you will receive a text to ask you to leave your car and attend the property
• Please wear your own face covering and sanitise your own hands
• We will need you to reaffirm your health declaration before entering VIA text or email- ie you have no suspected symptoms of Covid19:- a cough, sore throat or high temperature?
• Our team member will remain outside the property and you will be allowed a maximum of 15 minutes in the property
• A maximum of 2 people will be allowed in the property at any time
• No children will be allowed in the property at any time
• Do not touch anything within the property – all doors will be open
• If you have any questions after the viewing, please do so outside the property
