Trail running and competing in several ultra marathons.

Personal story - a brief inspiring story about a work event
I don’t like looking back, only forward. My inspiring story is about being fit and healthy - a healthy body means a healthy mind. Since I started eating better and exercising regularly, my attitude and performance at work have become so much better.
