Monthly Management Fee
  • Collecting rent on the 1st of every month
  • Paying the landlord on the 1st of every month or nearest working day
  • Issuing a monthly statement
  • Inspection within the first 6 weeks with report
  • Minimum two inspections per year with photographic and written reports
  • Managing annual gas safety inspections and certificates
  • Managing electrical installation reports every 5 years
  • Issuing Legionella risk assessment at tenancy start
  • Managing Energy Performance Certificates every 10 years
  • Checking smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors at inspections
  • Managing maintenance with landlord approval and no contractor mark-up
