Caldecote Primary School

Our motto is “Happy, Healthy, High-Achieving” and this is what we strive to achieve for all the children at our school.  If they are happy and healthy they will learn and we work tirelessly to ensure that every child feels safe, valued and enjoys all aspects of school life.

The school is situated in the heart of the village and is the hub for many community activities.  We have one class per year group (total 7 classes) with our total number of pupils usually around 204.  The school building is fairly modern with fantastic outdoor facilities.  As well as an enormous school field, which has a wooded and wildlife area, we have lots of fun equipment for the children to play on.  Caldecote Playgroup is on site and we work very closely with them.  There is also a Children’s Centre in our grounds and again, we have close links the Centre which ensures families with children of all ages become very familiar with the school.  Our before and after-school club, Care Clubs, is based in the Children’s Centre and runs daily and during the holidays.  This is an extremely popular facility for working parents and it has an excellent reputation.
